Once you complete checkout and payment, you will receive an automated order confirmation email from ndkfox. We reserve the right to verify order information, cancel orders, or refuse service in cases of incorrect personal information, abnormal order behavior, stock shortages, payment failures, or suspected fraudulent transactions. All order details, including product quantity, specifications, and shipping address, are final after payment confirmation.
💳 Payment & Pricing Terms
All product prices displayed on the ndkfox website are final and transparent. As stated in our shipping policy,all products are 100% duty-free and tax-free for global customers with no hidden fees, import taxes, or additional charges. Customers only pay the displayed product price and corresponding shipping fees. We support mainstream global payment methods, and payments will be authorized and processed immediately upon order submission.
🚚 Processing & Delivery Terms
All confirmed orders will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. We offer two official shipping methods with clear delivery timelines:
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 5–8 business days
Global shipping is available to all regions worldwide. Estimated delivery times are for reference only; slight delays may occur due to customs clearance, local logistics efficiency, bad weather, or force majeure factors, which are not within our controllable scope.

ndkfox guarantees all products are brand new, genuine, and comply with international quality standards. We strive to ensure all product pictures, descriptions, parameters, and functions are accurate. Minor color differences or subtle size deviations caused by screen resolution, shooting light, and manual measurement do not affect product performance and do not constitute quality defects.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
We support qualified returns and exchanges for defective or incorrect items caused by our side. All return products must be kept unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with complete accessories within the valid return period. Customized damage, artificial damage, improper use damage, and normal wear and tear are not eligible for free return or exchange services. Customers shall bear the return shipping fee unless the return is caused by our product quality or delivery errors.

Customers can apply for order cancellation before the order is shipped. In case of any transaction disputes, both parties shall resolve the problem through friendly negotiation first.
